This IA native provided paid phones for blue dogs in the reddest of states to digital ads for two of the three first-time state legislative LGBT candidates. Gosselink has diversified his role as senior strategist and is often found behind the camera serving as videography or photographer. His photos earned CPG a Reed Award for Best Use of Photography in 2016.
He is Past-President for the Mid-Atlantic AAPC. Chad earned a BA in Government from Connecticut College - just like Sean Spicer.
Cartney Renn McCracken
Partner
Cartney is an award winning political campaign strategist with 360-degree expertise in overall campaign strategy and management, image creation, earned communications strategy, digital ad development and social media, as well as direct mail.
Prior to CPG, she provided strategic direction for over thirty-five soup-to-nuts political campaigns from city council to statewide races at Rainmaker, Inc., a state-based agency in West Virginia. She served as Press Secretary and key communications advisor for several successful statewide races, and was a key player in forming West Virginia’s first SuperPAC.
Cartney introduced social media into West Virginia political campaigns, and became the first credentialed political blogger in the state. Her blog, Politico in Stilettos, has been linked in the New York Times’ blog, The Caucus, and has been noticed by MTV’s Casting Director who tapped Cartney for a potential show. A graduate of West Virginia University, she brings a devil’s in the details approach to every project she works on.
Nneka Onyekwuluje
Summer Associate
Nneka is elated to join the CPG team as a Policy Intern this summer! As a rising third-year student at the George Washington University, double majoring in International Affairs and Africana Studies, she offers extremely insightful perspectives that highlight both her passion and devotion to public policy. Born and raised in Georgia, she is a Southern Belle at heart but has had no trouble finding her place in the big city with experience working for the House of Representatives, Pro-Bono Law Firms, and Think Tanks. Overall her experiences have taught her the impact of service and the value of diligence, two qualities that make her an exceptional asset to our team.
Hiba Sohail

At GW, she is on the board of the Pakistani Student Association and takes a lot of pride in heritage. At MIST she placed both in the regional and national competitions during her last year of high school, where she also took part in the newspaper. She hopes to become a diplomat or a political journalist in the future. During her free time, she likes to journal and watch Christian Bale movies.
